Personally I think you and Mark are doing just what Mark stated he did in error last year, over enthusiasm. PEA is late, due to issues with contractor. Thats all we know. Lots of samples to prepare, send and companies to interact with. This is enough reason for us to be where we are. Things take time, things are always late especially if there are a lot of variables and there are with graphite. Don't read too much into things or you will only be disappointed again. AE and company will get there but timing is just a guess.
