We have been told AE and Sandra are away this week, but I believe several posters have tried to contact the company before this week, by email, and by telephone, with no replies.

It could be the result of a strategy to disappoint retail, or it could be the company is in the final stages of serious negotiations with whomever and cannot talk about anything.
