Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
First, on the topic of a buy out, hostile or friendly, no deal will happen without management support. AE owns 10% and so by himself can block a hostile take over. Management all together owns about 22% and I have been told that about 50% of shares are in strong hands that would support management should any hostile offer be attempted. Because of this, any discussion of a predatory offer is absolutely pointless.
Second, the share price reflects a 6 months delay. It sucks if you are already committed, it is absolute gift if you are in a position to accumulate.
Third, RS Mines has given us plenty of reason to feel very excited about the conclusions of the PEA. Their online store lists 99%+, 7 micron graphite powder at $31,349 (see link at the bottom of this post). The ZEN presentation in Japan listed our graphite has having a median size of 13 microns. If ZEN can show a quarter of the value that RS Mines is showing in our PEA, we will be looking at a $2B NPV. I believe the PEA will show a number higher than $8500 but even at $8500 per ton, this is a massively profitable mine, in a great jurisdiction, near infrastructue that will be very easy to mine and where any miner would drool to own.
Continued patience is the way to go.
Wake me up at $20 (to quote a great lawyer)
