Dear Mr. Eveleigh,

Its time for you to hand the reins to someone else. I believe this last debacle has clearly demonstrated that you are out of your depth and should help to transition the company to the next level. Someone like Stowe needs to take over as Chairman and we need a new CEO. I feel like most investors have given you the benefit of the doubt over the last year, but clearly you are out of your depth running a public mining company at this stage of development.

Ask yourself if your broker had taken $25 million of your hard earned money and turned it into $5 million would he/she still have a job. Its time to look in the mirror and do the right thing for yourself, Zenyatta and your shareholders.

I admire what you have done in making the discovery, the excellent technial work which has been completed and the high level of expertise you have attracted but that is not what is needed now. Now we need a CEO who understands the market, can promote this once in a lifetime discovery and will make this company all that it can be. Your role has changed time to admit it to yourself.
