Not really thinking takeover. Thinking more the "offer price is good enough" senario. The fact they have alot of low prices shares means they will make a ton of money at $5 or more. Human nature is lets take the money and run and do something else.

I am on your side but I really want to see the PEA in order to believe we shareholders (not insiders) got a fair price for our shares.
