Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
Not sure if anyone has heard of this committee? I like the purpose of this committee, as it shows committment to establishing and developing the Albany deposit. It builds relationship with the First Nations, and the community. Some may balk at the 2yr term of the intern as being too long, but do not forget that this committee will probably exist whether or not AE and team are leading the development of the mine. Mine development is a long-term prospect (2+yrs), and does not always align with investors short-term timelines (<1yr). Development of the communication and relationship infrastructure with the local community is just as important (if not more) as the actual physical infrastructure of roads, utilities, etc... Definitely makes buying the deposit much more attractive for miner that may not have an established presence in the community.
So this is old news (July 2014), and the funded amount for an intern is small potatoes. This information won't move share price...but what it represents is important.

To help Constance Lake First Nation capitalize on mining opportunities in the region, FedNor is providing the community with $63,000 to hire a youth intern for a two-year period to coordinate activities related to the Albany Graphite Steering Committee. The intern will work to raise awareness of the mineral sector within the community, coordinate the assessment of education and skills training needs for mining jobs, identify potential suppliers and service providers along with service gaps, strengthen and increase regional partnerships and collaborations among stakeholders, and enhance community leadership and involvement in the region.
