Steak, that is a question I've pondered lots. On one hand it's allowed me the extra time to buy more however I'm puzzled as to why someone would sell their shares when the PEA could be released at any moment.

Most retail investors lose money or barely make money. They are fickle and emotional and prone to panic, impatience, greed and fear. Even a stock like CCB which follows the 'provide constant news' philosophy are in the doldrums.

Edit - I will add that there is not a single person here who has not 'questioned' holding this stock given the price and the PEA delay. We have all had to re-do DD and confirm our understanding of the project.
