Valid point as is Cinema's idea of using the PEA as leverage. These things are never black and white, I should have remembered that. There are times in the past in some gold properties where the PEA is never released - one could only assume not completed or signed off because the results were not as hoped.

Given one more cup of coffee and some more thought, I suppose the constant "what if we did this or did that" scenarios could be proposed to create a situation where the PEA is never complete or delayed for a lengthly time. That does seem a bit like a conspiracy theory though in my mind. The whole idea of "Preliminary' is that is an early stab at the economics. Probably not something we need in the mix right now as we enough to consider.
