Well who is behind the TD trades is actually impossible for you, me or anyone not involved in the trades to know, so no sense going down that road. What we do know is that insiders have bought and Mackie is buying along with some other houses who are definitely accumulating. So on balance we would have to say the buying is positive under the circumstances.
