Another huge international compnay I knew little about, thanks for posting that. Timcal changed it's name to IMERYS Graphite & Carbon and is a division of the much larger group IMERYS. They are miners, processors and their annual report talks a lot about being 'green'. They also already have a presence in Canada.

Should not assume, but it would seem likely they would be one of the NDA's.
