I don't think we can discount the possibility of a price fall even with a kick ass PEA. Much like the 43-101 it may be subject to misinterpretation even if it is on a short term basis.
Hopefully the news realease is very clear as to the selling price (and verification thereof) and costs. AE did say Stowe would assist in creating a more user friendly release(s).
It is aslo quite possible that we get a muted response as it may take time for the news to settle in.
One never knows in this market.....
Someone may also 'try' a hostile takeover if for no other reason then the flush out other bids. That could be a possible startegy where your low bid comes into play.
This really is uncharted waters. We could see anything from a stock price sell off to an all out bidding war. The only thing WE will know for sure after the PEA is the profitability of the property. After that, it is up to the market participants (institutions and NDA folks) to drive the value. Retail sheep like us can't do it alone.
