I can't get my head around this arguement Sum, either TD is accumulating and trying to hold the price down so it can get more or it is selling and not accumulating in which case they would want to prop the price up. If as you stated they are net sellers how does it make sense that they are holding the price down. Sorry I can't get my head around this one. IMO they are just adding liquidity to the market by buying and selling since they are the market maker. To me this means when there are lots of sellers then TD has to be a net buyer and when there are lots of buyers TD has to be a net seller.

Well I am sure there are lots of games going on that I don't understand but really, I frankly don't care. I will take my winnings off the table when there is a material event or a buyout, so these machinations are not affecting me.
