I expect the share price to be between $5 and $6 when the PEA is released, if it is what we all expect. The first buyout offer will be higher in my opinion. AE holds 5 million shares and if a company is serious about the buyout offer, they will offer what they believe is fair value because a low bid offer would be an insult and you are not dealing with amatuer managment in ZEN.
