Could the board realistically refuse a $12-$15 US bid right here and now?

It depends on the PEA. Would the board accept an offer of $12-$15 if the PEA is shown the deposit to be worth 21 Billion?

I agree the board would accept a $12-$15 US bid right now if the PEA reflected that value. The PEA is the key, and hope we find out this week.
