Perhaps ZEN is worth far more than $10-20 but, IMHO, that is the value of a stand-alone company with a mine that is producing high quality graphite. It will take several years for that value to be obtained and I, for one, will be very happy to take $10-20 now for my few shares.

My personal situation calls for some return of capital on a shorter timeframe than you have speculated. I'm sure that others are in the same situation. Who can blame them for taking the bird in hand rather than the two in the bush.

But. if the existing ZEN organization is going to develop the mine, I just might hold one-half of my shares for the big pay-off (and potential dividends along the way).
