I believe in being conservative as well, but firstly the conservative 43-101 used $8500. The highest cost for processing I have heard is $2000. If you have been following this board some very astute investors have broken down the values associated with those type of numbers and come up with higher numbers than stated in your post. All of this and the probability that the RPA numbers for resource size and selling price are also conservatvly estimated. The Whittle model is by nature on the low end. Insanely low is a reasonable description, imo.
