A bit more info on the size of the private company CVMR http://www.ic.gc.ca/app/ccc/srch/nvgt.do?sbPrtl=&prtl=1&estblmntNo=234567060533&profile=cmpltPrfl&profileId=201&app=sold&lang=eng Interesting to note in the AREVA/CVMR alliance news release, the purpose of the NA plant was buried in "about" section of CVMR.
