They can share it under an NDA ( or several) but must be prepared to show why releasing the material information such as the PEA publicly would harm vital company interest, competitive or otherwise, and the delay must be as minimal as possible. The securities commission frowns on non release of material information but will allow it if there is compelling self interest or if it may somehow bias negotiations or a competitive interest.Can you say Panasonic..., for example....., so theoreticly some companies could have the PEA in its hands now.
