What if the long awaited PEA is already a non-issue with Zen management and all interested parties if they had been conducting on-going negotiations with one or a few mining companies in regards to what price they should mete out to share holders.(There may be a serous possibility to this).

What if a few interested companies had already agreed on a fixed rate to purchase Zen graphite for years to come and the triumphant miner will never have to sell their products to the open market.It will be analogous to hedging the Albany product forward at a good rate.This way,the mining company never have to worry about fluctuations of prices and the end user will never have to worry about supply interruptions for a long time.

Yes,perhaps there will still be a bidding war but it will be among the miners.I hope it will be fair to us retail investors.
