I have thought about this statement alot Mark:

The stagnant low SP invites a lower First Offer , than if the sp was much higher

Normally, that is how things work and I would agree. However, because ZEN is so unique and has such high margins, my bet is the first offer will be big enough to let everyone know know they are serious. I hope I am wrong, would love a bidding war but one big offer would make me happy as well!
