You are confused overall tonnes with the tonnes of CG that is extracted from the overall tonnes.

So for example, the 25.1 million tonnes of material has within it a grade of 3.89% Cg so for every tonne they mine they get 3.89 percent of that is the Cg. The remaining 96.11% would be waste material as all the Cg would be extracted.
