I would just like to clarify a few points if I may.
Item 4. My point was not clear enough, but I was trying to point out that the resource is not precisley defined in that it may be greater than the RE since it was very conservative, therefore it is difficult to value it properly for a buy out. We may leave too much on the table. Also 500k/t is inferred not proven, so that is why I say not precisley defined. Anyone who is going to lay out big $$$ is going to want to know how much there is there and conversley, anyone selling is going to want to make sure they are not giving away the farm.
7. Lack of news from management- no pumping. The lack of news has been disheartening and is why I gave that as a reason for the valuation gap. The no pumping is what I am positive about.
I agree with you that the longer we wait the greater the risks of failure, as well as your other points made.
