As for illegal!!!!! Wow, where were you in 07? Holy smack....the whole financial system was illegal! Remember the derivatives and investment instruments crammed full of AAA's that actually didn't turn out to be as such and the regulatory bodies that were supposed to be making sure that didn't happen? The only problem was that those that were guilty were running the show and pulling strings as they went. Insider trading is illegal too right?.....goes on every day but only the little guys get caught.
