What a reaction for my speculation based on a touch of lateral twist, lol!
Just wanted to make sure that you don't start packing to get ready for a lightning exit I am in Zen for a ptential TO as well. Like you I don't expect ZEN to become a producer. Any offer north of 10 would see me packing my stuff for the Caymans. The suggestion of the acquisition of a vein-typed with high purity graphite from Sri Lanka (the vein looks kind of big and pure, just by eye-balling the picture in the Finantial Post, to be worth considering as an additional incentive for a potential suitor. Yes, business people love to have their own sandbox to play in, exclusively. This is monopoly, cornering the market, or whatever you want to call it. Sometimes, people buy up the potential competitor, just to bury it (terrible).
There would be no requirement for ZEN to develop the mine in Sri Lanka (the key: control of the resources for whatever you want to do with it, for a 10% dilution). Just sit on it for display, or for adding a bit of aroma to the Albany bait. Some potential suitor might like the total package and come for a strike, a single gulp, bait, hook, sinker, the whole thing.
There I have said it, a reveal of the entire strategy. So, don't pack yet, unless you want to head to a haven where it's nice and warm (I didn't say tax, did I?).
