Meant to also add this:

<!--[if gte mso 10]> <style> /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin-top:0in; mso-para-margin-right:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:10.0pt; mso-para-margin-left:0in; line-height:115%; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;} </style> <![endif]-->

But as AE mentioned, people want to see the PEA as this will proivide the assurance (or the de-risking as he calls it) of what the cash flow will be. As I mentioned beofre, the PEA will likley have 3 scenarios, a low, a base and a high. No doubt the skeptics will focus on the low and the bullish folks will push the high. We should also see some news verifying the pricing range before then, or at least I hope we do. Otherwise, the skeptics will stay on the sidelines. I don't think cost is an issue here at all. People simply can't get their heads around the selling price and the margin - it seems too good to be true. The last time I talked to AE I actually stated that it seems to good to be true and it made me ask "what are we missing?" (I posted same question on this thread). His answer was "You are not missing anything".
