The 99.95% is the minimum purity our graphite has as per the following from the NR:

Glow discharge mass spectrometry (GDMS) results show less than 0.05 per cent elemental impurities (or greater than 99.95 per cent purity of highly crystalline graphitic carbon)

Where GDMS reported an element concentration as below the detection limit, the detection limit concentration value was used in the calculation of total impurity content.

So, we could be 99.99%+ here but having a guaranteed purity of minimum 99.95% with all the advantages that hydrothermal grapthite offers, ensures ZEN will be getting top dollars for their end product.
