Not exactly. The document states it does not contain any confidential information. The presentation itself may have been designed for a limited audience.

On a secondary note, ZEN may have a NDA agreement with say PPG, Superior Graphic and/or Dow and this NDA may preculde them from commneting on any joint ventire or project they are involved in.

If ZEN had been allowed to comment on this project I am sure they would have loved to release this information. The fact that they did not or chose not to do so speaks to the magnitude of these NDA's (both in terms of project/testing and in terms of the size and power of these organizations).

Sidenote - some years back I worked for a Company and PPG bought a competitor of ours for what we thought was a ridiculously high valuation, they bought them for one single product they had developed that they thought they could market to a higher level. Companies of this size (in the tens and hundreds of billions) really do make billion dollar moves quite frequently.
