Likely none. EDF owns 71 reactors in France and England and all are boiling water reactors. None in Japan also all BWR and most all US the same. Canada's are all heavy water moderated. Likely in Russia there may be some. You might recall that the Chernoble NPP used graphite as a moderator...but that may not be the best endorsement for graphite in nuclear reactors.
