Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
None of us know how this is going to turn out. There is too much testing to do before any valuation can be put on a share price. As well, AE has decided to keep his cards close to his vest. How do you figure something with very little information? The key figure in my estimation is what will the graphite sell for? A while back someone figured a share price value on varying prices for thee graphite. A $5,000 a ton brings a low value, but $20,000 dramatically raises the value. No miner nor anyone else will make a buyout offer until this figure is established. Hopefully, the PEA does something about this. In the market's recent past, several miners have over-paid for developing mines and got burned. Who wants to be the next CEO to wear the horns? So you may not see a buy-out offer for a while.
I have always favoured ZEN developing the mine. I have always had the same response, but AE said they are seeking a buyer. That was a long time ago before anyone, including AE, really knew what we have. Smart people do change their mind. Perhaps AE has. Also, it is just as likely he is preparing to go this route if he does not get a satisfactory price. Every move he has made from bringing Dr Chahar into the fold has preparred ZEN for this.
As for those who want the money easy and fast up front, well, I have no problem with this either. If you have been in the market for anytime at all to have some experience, ZEN is not going to trade down at $2 for much longer. Once enough information comes out of these tests to value what ZEN will earn, the value will reflect that. ZEN will need money to build a plant. Almost for sure, there will be offers to build the facility for a share of the company and secure a certain supply of graphite. That figure will allow investors to figure the worth of ZEN and the share price will trade around that figure. Anybody who wants the quick fix will have it in spades ( if our graphite is anywhere near what it may be worth). I'm betting it is!
So there are several possibilities before us but information is key. I am one who does not mind the wait. I am certain the longer the wait, the better the share price.
