The 625k options (not warrants) that were given out are incentives to hire and retain key personel. The company gives these out from time to time to new key members or to members who deserved a bigger options package. This has nothing to do with the Cliff's warrants. I hope you understand better what these options are about. Every company does it.

I agree with you Mark, I as well think ZEN has changed (or altered) their focus from buy out to mining as as stronger option than it was a few months back. AE could have picked anyone for the board, a much lesser name would have made sense if there was already a solid offer in the works. I'm interested in seeing how fast those 625000 new warrants for Directors and Consultants get swallowed up. I'm not sure offering another 625000 warrants was a good idea when you have warrants sitting out there at a 1.50 that Cliffs could snap up. Could this be the reason the SP has dropped 11 cents this morning?
