Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
lowS,
You are quite correct, but I was trying to stay in the clear by being (ultra/too?, you might say) conservative, so that I would not be labelled as a ZEN pusher (oops, pumper). It would be better not to inflate/extrapolate things too much beyond the scientific facts.
There are quite a few companies where S contents in the ore are much much higher than ZEN's, and it would be costly to "filter" it out and to to handle its disposal. But, I am not playing one company against another, since this kind of discussion would tend to start a flood of emotional argument. Quite often, emotion/greed took over to such a degree that the scientific facts got trampled deep in the mud.
The main point here is that ZEN graphite S content is a non-issue. It the wrong issue to pick for sowing the seed of doubt in the high quality of ZEN graphite. This is the lead horse, hence naturally people would do anything to slow it down, especially if they have picked the wrong one.
