Likely the NPV will show that the deposit is worth a couple of billion. Time, cost and money all have to be factored in. A price of $1-1.5 billion would be fantastic based on the info we have right now. Increasing offtake prices or resource size and maybe even lower extraction and purification costs could all result in a significant increase to those numbers. But based on the 43-101 the deposit is worth $12 billion, but the NPV or the value right now is nowhere near that amount and is likely closer to 1-2 billion.
