I can't recall which forum it was posted on, but someone had spoken to Sandra after the last news release and it was stated they wanted the additional testing, etc so that they could use a higher number than the $8,500.

EOTD, that is the KEY number for the valuation. Resource is there, costs will be reasonable, product is known - just need that one number.
