I think when we look back at this situation we will find that (a) Hoov's use of the "OMG moment' will be seen as perhaps dramatic and knee jerk given that ANY and maybe ALL public companies could have news releases picked apart for missing details. Look at Detour Gold right now with some investors looking to sue over misleading news releases in 2013 on gold production. There is no perfect Company out there, they are run by humans and bought and sold by humans thus subject to human nature (b) This forum's reaction to Hoov's comments were not warranted. He has a solid reputation and that deserves not only respect but some benefit of the doubt as well.

Forums like these need intelligent and experienced people posting to make them effective. Hoov is certainly one of those folks. I hope he keeps posting here and we can all learn form this. In fact, this whole Zen scenario becuase of it's uniqueness has to be considered a learning experience for all investors.
