The debate on the "not enough transparency/disclosure" issue is still raging on. Discussions are based on previous postings and the debate does not appear to follow any particular protocol, e.g. no moderator, questions/answers are not organized in any particular fashion, sometimes questions posed were ignored. There are many people jumping in and out with many side issues. As a result of all this, an interested reader would need to wade through many posts to get a general sense of the central issues, which sometimes became moving targets, due to wording changes.

In addition to this free-for-all discussion, as indicated by BG, he has lodged formal complaints to the OSC, representing a fixed target for a review, if the OSC considers the complaints have some merit. This would trigger a formal and organized process.

Just wondering if the formal complaints contain the same wordings as in the initial post on the BB. Wordings are important in this business, hence it would be informative to see exactly what was said in the formal submissions. Has anyone seen them? and would it be possible to have copies of them?

Perhaps, BG could be asked to post copies of the formal submissions on the BBs?
