Gold Hunter, why are you taking it as 'gospel' that a complaint has been registered???

You are the only one who is acting as though it has any relevance.

First of all, if, and that is a big IF, a formal complaint has been made, the OSC is not about to divulge that information.

If they think that any particular complaint has merit, they investigaet covertly. Only when they have evidence do they act to have the company retract or divulge more information.

Lets wait, shall we, and not still things up continually, with more speculation.
