Good point. We may even have a situation where a large user wants the property but wants a professional miner involved to do that part of it. Could be like a 70-30 split or something of that nature with the user putting up all the capex.

If I am ab end user that say buys 10,000 tons a year at $20K right now, that is $200M per year. Why not own the property, mine it for $2K per ton and essentially save $180M per year. Then sell the remaining 40-90 tons per year produced and split that with the miner? Win win. There are many possibilities no doubt in play here.

I like the DeBeers thought, they are a speciality miner that is for sure. And they are used to delivering to a unique market with no set price and a product that varies in levels of quality.

It sure would be interesting to be a fly on the wall in the Zen office.

One other note, on the TCC board, someone mentioned that it was no big deal having 20+ NDA/CA agreements. Yikes, anytime I have spoken to a Gold mining executive it was 'exciting' if they had a hanful of these going let alone 20+.
