Two points to the 'Streetswiper' article that the Fulp Fiction wanabe the Chief wrote is of some concern. He claims that he knew 5 weeks in advance, and 2 days before the selling he knew it was imminent. This sounds to me like he had insider knowledge, and knowing that the Chief is a seasoned trader, he surley would have acted on it to his advantage. Is this legal? And if true, as we only have the 'word' of the great Chief, who from Zenyatta is the source of the information.

Second Point. The Chief is suggesting that insider info was given to Cliffs from a BoD, a previous employer of Cliffs. According to Hoov, who I respect for his knowledge, this is highly unlikely.

The rest of the article is pure fluff, attempting to frame a discussion that has no facts, just alot of his personal feelings on how a company should manage itself. The future lesson that I take away from owning Zen is to stay well away from any company that has the Chief or his 'gang of 5' advisors as shareholders. And you can bet that its only a matter of time before CCB suffers the same fate as Zenyatta. The chief will find a reason to question management, then he will unleash his 'words of wisdom' telling all that will listen that this and that should be done, why are they withholding info etc. You get the idea.

Wakeup CCB shareholders, you have seen today what can happen when a large shareholder, with a loyal following, attempts to frame a discussion that is negative in its nature. CCB shareholders take note, you are next on the hit parade.
