You speculated ..."So Cliffs starts to sell a few shares, helping to drive down the price. And they keep the price down for sometime. Then Cliffs makes an offer to buy, based on the average retail price plus a premium. Retail, at this point, would be thankful to see $5 and sells, completing the takeover of Zenyatta."
The problem with this scenario is that the retail shareholders of ZEN (and ZENYF) will never sell their shares for a final price of $5.00. Aubrey himself has stated that he expects receiving a minimum sale price of $10/share. I truly believe that the many long-time shareholders of this company have even higher expectations for a final sale price.
If what I have read about this resource is true, Zenyatta is a once in a lifetime opportunity. They literally stumbled upon a unique resource while looking for something else (like Diamond Fields). For me, this is the pay-off for all those years of being screwed by insiders and shady promoters. Shares of Zenyatta are about to become the ride to the moon.............
I, for one, don't plan on selling my ticket cheap. I have sale price number in mind and it has two digits. I am not alone.
