The nuclear angle is certainly one to consider. I think that hoov at one time mentioned that it does not take too long to do the testing.

To me I can't believe that an experienced company such as SGS needs to tweak the process, and that this process needs so much time. Maybe using the work 'tweak' was not the right word to use as tweak means to make a minor adjustment. So why so long for this tweaking process, considering that previous NR's from Zen on testing makes no mention of problems.

I think that Zen asked SGS for additional testing, hoping to have it done within a reasonable time, to be added to the PEA. When it became apparent that more time was needed, we got the June 18 NR.
