Due to the desperate need of Japan to deliver much safer and cleaner nuclear energy to it,s nation ,one may guess that the request for testing of "nuclear grade"possibility could have been forwarded to A E during his recent trip to Japan.As we all know,this kind of testing will take a long time and must be discreet.Could it be the reason for the infinite delay of our much anticipated PEA?
