I just wanted to point out a not so obvious reason for the delay. SGS has layed off over 90 people in the last 6 month, 35 in October 13 and on March 17 another 60 due to the downturn in mining exploration. This is a huge talent hit for this type of company and has no doubt slowed our project, IMO.
