I guess I must be really dense.

This NR appears to be an update of ZEN's progress on the Albany project.

No bad news. Things are moving forward (albeit slowly by my standards).

Yet the market decided to take this news and sell-off this tremendously undervalued stock by another 5%.

What am I missing?
