Great post TakeNotes, wish I could still read your posts so I really appreciate you posting here. Very nice work and careful preparation. Especially nice to see the comparison with Focus, this is useful.

So if one compares the current Focus price it is trading at only 16% of the NPV8 from their PEA so market is still really discounting even after a PEA. However if one compares your numbers for ZEN 16% of the NPV8 = $400 million which converts to a SP of $6.66 so even if we get a market bump to what Focus is trading at we are looking at a double+ with the PEA in hand.

Hard to believe anyone would sell at this point.
