I would not count on financial statements for the end of March anytime soon. The end of March is the company's year end and typically they release their year end results in July, which is pretty standard, since companies have 6 month to file taxes after the year end and 3 months to pay them and it usually takes at least 3 months to clear up the year end results.
I expect we will hear some technical information soon likely in May. Then we will hear some business information about customers or investors and then the PEA and the year end.
While it may seem like a long wait I still think things are on track.
