I also share your frustration with lack information from ZEN lately.

Do I think that ZEN management is witholding information from the retail investor - YES

Should they should be witholding information from the retail investor - YES

I am going to take a chance here and assume that the management of ZEN has financial goals that are aligned with mine. Those goals are the get the highest possible price for our shares of ZEN in a buy-out of the company. It is scary for me to place that trust in ZEN management because I have been burned numerous other times by the leaders of other companies on the Venture Exchange.

But (at the risk of sounding naive) I think that this company is different. Zenyatta has a unique product that has the potential to be highly valued by possible suitors (the end-users of this product). I believe that the uniqueness of this graphite is driving ZEN's management to work in secret with various end-users to confirm the applicabilty of Albany graphite to match up with their needs. Once these companies get the data they want, they will place bids - either for the product or for the entire company.

If the results of these tests were public knowledge, then each of these companies may lose a competitive advantage over other potential bidders. This process will start with the plcacement of sealed bids but may soon evolve into a public auction.

Since I believe that the majority of shares are held by management, an institutional buyer (Cliffs), and several well-known indivduals who have been in from the beginning, they will not alllow this comany to be sold cheaply. They, better than any of us, know the value of the company.

It hard to be patient but all good things are worth waiting for. I expect that the final offer will make ZEN to 10 seem far too modest.
