I am writing to complain about the actions of TD securities with respect to Zenyatta Ventures (TSXV - ZEN).

On March 26th and March 28th, TD securities made closing sales at or among the lowest trades of the day recorded as the very last trades of the day. Several of these trades were between TD and TD in other words it appears TD is setting a non market related price "Painting the Tape" at the end of these two sessions for reasons unrelated to the actual market pricing of this security. I only ask that the regulator look into this situation and determine if there is any adverse activity being carried out.
