Talked AE at PDAC and he said they were going to Japan & South Korea in May. He did not say anything about Canadian Gov't setting it up. Could probably be true that the Canadian Gov't is involved.

Also don't count on offtake agreement. Asked AE hypothetically if someone offered $8000 for 8K of graphite would he sign an agreement & he answered affirmatively NO. My take is AE wants a buyout & that is it.

Hold tight good news is coming IMHO.
