Thanks for the feedback. I am also invested in not and have been following for years....it was the same story with that back in 2007/08. Soon after a steady decline, even though I'm still holding and hopeful they will mine. I understand the location and accessibility dynamics are different...so let's hope this one plays out a little differently. Glta
