I couldn't agree with you more with this comment. However, I must wonder how well you get what Zenyatta has. A $5.00 offer will not ever be made. I doubt a $25 offer would fly either. Very few people know the value of this graphite find. I believe that those close to the Zenyatta BOD have a very good idea. Now that they have brought this Dr. Chatar on board, I am even more sure of this.

Any takeover would have to satisfy the insiders and be good enough to reward them for their work for bringing Zenyatta this far. If the insiders are not satisfied, it becomes a hostile bid. I think most share holders would back management. The weak link is with retail ownership. The more that funds etc. own, the less chance of a takeout at low ball prices. These people are more likely to back the BOD. So until this happens, Zenyatta is vunerable to a takeover to a low offer. I also do not expect an offer until somebody announces they hold 10%. This is because whoever wants to buy Zenyatta out, also would want as many cheap shares as possible.

I see a joint venture with Phillips and Zenyatta being a real possibility. It would be a smart deal for Phillips. Zenyatta graphite is a real threat for synthetic producers based on costs alone. I do not see synthetic producers going out of business but their profits would be threatened. The deal would be good for Zenyatta because it gets them into markets for their graphite through experienced people with connections. The perfect fit.

$25 will not cut a deal. Just my opinion and we will have to wait for a deal to decide how this works out. Could come tomorrow, but more likely still a ways away. Hopefully by the time we have a PEA.
